Traffic Citation Speed Reduction Information:

We offer representation in State Court in Bryan County, Liberty County and McIntosh County, and other nearby counties on Speeding Citations and all other traffic offenses. In most cases, we can negotiate a guilty plea to a lower speed, reducing or eliminating points on drivers licenses. With a speed reduction, most convictions against out of state drivers don't ever appear on DMV records. The fine usually remains the same as it would have otherwise been. We will consult with the client in person or on the telephone, negotiate with the Solicitor of State Court (prosecutor) and then represent the client in front of the judge, usually without the client needing to appear in court. We are often successful, but no particular outcome can be guaranteed.

Attorneys fees for speeds in excess of 90 miles per hour   $400.00
